Refund policy

As a basic rule, you can return the product you bought within fourteen from the date of delivery with the invoice issued by Galvano Mühendislik A.Ş. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer for returns or exchanges.

RETURN PROCEDURES OTHER THAN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Consumer's 'Right of Withdrawal Without Providing Reason' is only valid for the return of the products for which the return request has been notified within fourteen days after the said purchase has taken place. Returns cannot be accepted for periods exceeding fourteen days. However, you can notify the products that you think are manufacturing defects and want to return them within fourteen days following the delivery date and send them to us within fourteen days. In this case, we initiate a process that determines whether the product can be returned or not by submitting your complaint to our production department and having it examined. When the return of your product is approved, we pay you the product price and the shipping fee you pay for the return. When the cause of the problem you specified is determined as a usage error, your order is sent back to us with the invoice as 'buyer paid'.

In order to return the products we sell for other situations other than production error, the packaging of the product must be unopened/unused and not damaged in any way.
